There are too many problems to keep up with. The mold is a horrible problem. They make sure the empty apartments are being fixed up for rental before they will touch an outstanding problem of a tenant living there. Sometimes being ignored for weeks at a time while people suffer with the problems in their apartments.

The good reviews are coming from friends and family of Eatoncrest staff. Let's just say I know because I was asked to write one.
