I have lived here for almost two years.
I was very lucky to get the move in special for one bedroom. Everything is new and has a large understair closet and closet thru out the apt that for everything clutter that I want to hide. The bedroom was very large. It accommdate a king size bed with room for home office. The maintenace people were prompt. It is also true that you get black mold easily even we wipe down everything once a month. Need to tape up with film to keep out draft thru three layers of window. Toilet always run and sweat so much the water form plot on the floor. It does flow when it rain continuously for couple days and apt won't warn you about it. You better make friends with neighbor to get info. Noise is only come from your adjant neighbor. The insulation between upstair and downstair is not good. The landscape only nice on the rental office block. Pool is always too cold even in summer to be used. Tennis court is run down but usable. Free DVD/Video rental, sometime selection is good, it get rotate every month.

I'm thinking about moving there soon and I want to know should I consider looking elsewhere? BTW, how much are the electric bills in the winter?

My electric has been about $160 in the winter. It's really dependent on how much you CHOOSE to use.
