I decided to pay extra each month for new windows in my Eatoncrest apartment. I STILL HAVE MOLD. My three month old baby has been sick for over a month, and her pediatrician thinks it's the mold. I can't move out unless my lease can be broken. We'll see what happens.

I was sick off and one for 3 years living in eatoncrest. After seeking medical attention, I found out why. MOLD. (BLACK MOLD)! on windows, celling, closets. Now i am seeking legal advice and wellall i can say to other tenents is if they have mysterious illness, and cant seem to find out why, see a doctor. there is a verygood chance its the BLACK MOLD in your apartment.

Very true on the electic bills. Part of the problem is they make the tenant pay for lighting in the common stairwells. Under NJ law, those stairwells and entrance ways must be well lit. They came in to do work and I was out of town, but the wife was home. The wife went to go visit her sister and comes home to a "dark hallway". She fell down the stairs. When the office mouthed off and refused to accept responsibility, we immediately moved breaking the lease. I saw in advance there would be nothing but ongoing trouble from the bad attitude.
