I have lived here for about a year now. I can t believe how much I enjoy living here. I live in a downstairs unit and I AM LUCKY to have quiet, respectful, neighbors all around me. I do not hear anything from them only sometimes walking/creaking upstairs (Not loud at all!). I was worried about the electric bill but we are in full control of our own usage and our bill averages between
50$(summer)-120$(winter). We love our apartment it is so spacious with so many closets! Our kitchen is beautiful with the oak cabinets and new appliances. The only draw back I can think of for me is the laundry is outside of the apartment. The one good thing is at least it is not on our electric bill! Anyway, I love our apartment and don t want to leave anytime soon!

Your are very LUCKY that you have quiet, respectful neighbors, the upstairs must be have carpet. New appliances than you have NEW windows too. Read Better off in a zoo that's what I have to put up with. I HAVE been begging to LEAVE this dump.
