I have lived here for almost an year now. I'm moving because I wanted some place close to Central Jersey. I have had no problems at all in this apartment. No Ants, No Termites, No Nasty/Loud Neighbors, none at all.
Swaimming Pool Timings are idiotic for week-days. by the time you would get home pool would be closed. There's no lighting for the Tennis court and it is also not well-maintained. They charge an extra $50 bucks for pool membership.
Heat turns out to be expensive almost costing upto $170 (that was the max I paid) but on an average your electric charges would remain above $110 during winters and an average of $80-$90 during summers i.e. if you use your appliances moderatley.
Maintenance is good. They are prompt in repairs, if any. During snowy days, apartment complex was well maintained and roads were cleaned up in hours of the snowfall stopping. Roads are good, well maintained by the management.
Apartment had washer/dryer in unit. So never had to visit onsite laundry so can't comment on its cleanliness/cost-effectiveness.
Never got any penalties for rent since I always paid on time.
Rent is a little bit on the higher side but considering that there a handful of apartment complexes in the entire New Jersey state who provide a Washer/Dryer in unit (Big convenience for me) this was great!
All in all, no regrets, no complaints.

You have a washer/dryer in your apartment, lucky you we've been waiting almost 5 long years for one. I guess you had insulation too. We seem to be the last building to get anything done.

Luckily, my apartment was the first one in the entire community to have a washer/dryer fitted in it. Sorry that your building was neglected.

My electric went up as high as $400 one month when I wasn't even there and traveling on business. The management company tapped into my electric to do work in other empty units. I tried to fight it, I had the choice of paying or losing electric service.
