I lived here for about two years. I vacated the apt due to one lonely and psycho neighbour who bangs the walls and yells at night time. We called police several times and they even issued a violation ticket to the neighbour. The mgmt couldn't take action because this neighbour owns the condo. So, I would advise know your neighbours before sign in. It is not easy to get out of lease before it ends. In my case I showed the police reports to break the lease.
