Contrary to what others have written in their reviews, Eatonbrook has many advantages if you are willing to manage the upkeep of your space. I have lived here for almost 10 years and have no real compliants. My biggest complaint is that the other tennants LOVE to complain...about everything. Hopefully, the two biggest complainers are the two people who wrote negative reviews and are now gone!!! Getting to know your neighbors is a good idea anywhere you go. The units are spacious and some have 2 full baths & washer/dryer. Most likely, you will need to make a few repairs as you would with any home, but they are relatively inexpensive compared to what you might get if you were living in a house. The complex is close to everything and has a nice pool with friendly people. I must say that years ago the staff was snobby and difficult to get along with, but all that has changed in the recent years. The rules that my fellow commenters have written about are a result of some whiny tennants that have nothing better to do. The living experience at Eatonbrook is just like any other apartament/condo environment: crap in = crap out. In other words life is what you make it.
