I have lived there for over 6 years and I would never recommend it to anyone.. They allow just about anything and everything to move in, which means the place is always dirty.. There are signs all over the place that say DO NOT SMOKE IN HALLWAYS etc..etc.. yet the trash they allow to live in this building either cannot read, or just does not care. I am a hard working person and I do not feel I should be subjected to all the problems that come along with renting to sub-standard people. The laundry room is always filthy, the hallways are always filthy and to have anything fixed in your apartment you practically have to threaten to kill someone to get it done.. Needless to say, I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone who is looking for a place to live in Eatontown.. The only reason we stay there is because it is local to our jobs.
