This place is getting better its under new management and hes working hard to try to make this a better place to live.Too bad he cant just throw out some of these tenants though cause some are trash but see he has to obey certain eatontown laws so he cant just throw out the trash..The parking is great and building is secure and its quiet.The apartments here are huge compared to most and are cheapest in eatontown.Theres only one staff member so he can only do what one person can do and what he has done so far is exceptional.I say give him a break hes trying to clean up the mess at Garrison that the old crappy manager left behind.Garrison is moving up since its last rating that ive seen here.Under new management and a new future ahead so give garrison a try you wont be sorry.
