How about the dogs'

Need I say more' The dogs leave a mess all over the front lawn, the owners do not clean up after them. What I can say good is at least they have stopped using the hallways as their personal toilet.
And lets not forget about all the cars that were vandalized over the winter. What was is 8 or 9 cars that had their tires slashed' And then the one who had the window smashed.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
