why not make your current renters happier

I have lived in Garrison for 4 years and it has gotten worse every time the calendar changes month to month. Not only with your personal problems in yor home, but the building in general. I was pushed to the point where I had to go to the town for help( and it did help)to get the on hold repairs I needed. I can say the blame is more upper management's fault then the in house/resident manager's fault. There is no way 1 person can be expected to to keep up with the problems that have been adding up over time( years)through out the building.
The amount of new day to day ones is over barring for 1 person. As far as the people in the building, there is a mix from good to trash. The bigest concern for the owners is the trash is here as guests from what I have been told of the state section 8 renters so they will not be asked to leave as long as New Jersey is paying most of the rent bill every month. The problem with that is they are the ones who have no respect for the other renters who work hard( and not by selling drugs)to pay there one way.Smoking and drinking all over the building. For a few monthe I didn't know if the laundry room was for laundry or a bar. Just the place you want people to smoke and drink after paying to clean your clothes. I would like to go 1 week hell I would take 1 night without the cops or the noise to be over the top. If you ever think of moving into garrison stop by the police station first and ask there opinion of the place, i'm sure they would be able to talk some sence into you. If not atleast when the come to the building which is a every day thing they won't have to introduce them selves to you.
