This is a nice place to live. The apartment is a good size. Rent is comparable if not better than most of the other apartments in the area. It's easy to find parking in the lot behind the building. Public transportation is a short walk. Unfortunately, there is no washer/dryer in the apartment. However, there is a laundry room with coin-operated units in the building. Apartments are cable-ready and also are in the process of getting Verizon FIOS. Some pets are allowed but no dogs. You can occasionally here people in adjacent rooms and in the main hallway. But the noise is not substantial.
