If you are going to rent or buy a place, Laurel Gardens is definitely not recommanded. Their maintance staff is the worst one I have ever seen. If you report a problem to rental office, you better corss your fingers. Several of my neighber include me gave up this place and move out due to the ---- quality. One of my neighber has air conditioning problem for couple years. Another neighber has leaking problem in kitchen. And another one has leaking problem in bathroom..... there are so many problem and the maintance just don't want to fix it. If you are luck to get it fixed, it's 100% for sure that it will break again. I really think that co-op should fire those rental office people. They are very imresponsible. Some people living in one bed room have more than 3 cars, and some junk car occupy the parking space for years. Damn it. The rental office staff just pretend like chicken and ignore.

U kno what? I don't even live there and everything u said sounded tru. I had a friend that was living over there. Spacious yet dirty as all hell. They said they had to clean like crazy when they first moved in. They had a dishwasher but it was broken 4ever. The neighbors seemed very nasty and rude. But it seemed quiet there and the landscaping was nice.
