Nothing has changed at Laurel Gardens From: wantstogo Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   This is my 4th year at Laurel Gardens and it WILL be my last. This is the worst dump I have ever lived in and sometimes I wish I could sue them for "pain and suffering" !!! When I moved in, it took me two weeks to scrub this place clean and when I said something, I was told they had had it cleaned prior to my moving in. I live in one of the most expensive counties in the state and for $900.00 you get crap and on top of that they raise the rent EVERY YEAR! As for repairs, I filled out a work order six months ago and they still haven't done a thing(this has been the norm from the day I moved in and they never apologize or seem concerned over your inconvenience) and then you get treated like you're a jerk if you complain. People still take all the parking spaces they want; owners are allowed to have dogs(even tho they are not allowed) because the staff says there is nothing they can do and the laundry rooms are filthy. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors do AND we have cricket infestation---and there's nothing they can do about that either, I'm told. I have mold in the bathroom and when I called the town, they seemed very unconcerned. Run for the hills before you sign a lease.....this place is UNBELIEVABLY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever happened to pride and responsibility or, delivering something that's worth what we pay for....... Can't wait to get out.....Laurel Place
