Poor Maintenance and Difficult to Enjoy

The maintenance here is terrible. If you want something done, you have to do it yourself or wait for it to break so badly it starts to damage the apartment. Even after multiple reminders about a leak under the sink, they would not come to fix it. They did not fix it until it flooded the apartment down stairs. Oops.
It is hard to live a normal life on the second floor as everything you do can be heard by your downstairs neighbor. I had complaints for humming sounds coming from my low noise bike trainer. I can hear their TV and some of their conversations. If you want privacy, this would not be the place for that.
