I've lived here on and off for several years. One thing that people who make comments on here don't understand, is the apartments are individually owned. The office does take care of things when it needs to. The staff is polite, and out of all of the other apartments available in the Eatontown area, this is the Cleanest, Safest, Quietest development I've ever been in.
Don't listen to the people who complain about stupid things.. Rent EVERYWHERE goes up every year.. I highly recommend this place!

I understand perfectly, I own .... and it took all but reporting them to the Health Dept for them to finally come and do something. We will see how the new maintenance staff works out, I am starting to think its not any better. There is only one person who accomplishes anything and hopefully he will stay for a long time.
