Economical but shabby
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 3/8/2005
Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Reasonably priced and spacious layouts (with washer/dryer in-unit) but pretty shabby. AC's are like a century old, and the apartment has cracks. Walls are paper thin similar to most complexes in NJ. Maintenance is responsive, though have to call several times. snow removal sucks. They do plow the sidewalks but you'll have to dig your car out. Very ancient heating (baseboard style). Expect to spend 200$ for a 1BR apartment in winter. In-room thermostats are a joke. HOwever, compared to whats available in Eatontown, its decent. Biggest plus: W/D in apartment. Biggest minus: Snow removal and high electric bills
