Poorly Kept-Health Hazard

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Dogs, Cats, Raccoons, Possums and Skunks are the biggest problems. One Tenant in particular is allowed to harbor stray cats on the property that use the public areas as their personal bathroom. Super always on vacation and never available. Laundry Room not kept clean. Not worth the headaches
