STAY AWAY

I lived there for 6 months, and what a horrible experience. My neighbors, who seemed to be home all the time, could not function w/o blasting their latino music. So, all I heard all day was a bass that gave me a constant headache. When I would speak with them, due to a language barrier, my point was never received, and mangement did nothing to solve the problem. I only rented there because they were the only place that offered me a 6 month lease, which I needed and paid $250 to get, when I was told it would only be $200.00. The rest of the neighbors were annoying, partying all the tiem and talking loudly on the balcony at 1am, and racing toy cars in the yard at 8am. So, you were constantly annoyed. No common sense. There is no screening of tenants at this place, and I had to purchase headphones to where at my computer so I could blast my own music w/o annoying anyone and drowned out the bass coming from below. I was glad to move out and wouldn't recommend to anyone. The only good thing I can say is that there is a washer/dryer in every apartment which I loved and worked and looked brand new. For the amount of money I was paying to live there (almost $1000/mth), I should have had peace and quite ALL the time, not just between 3:30am - 5:30am.
