Southbrook Gardens is centrally located (close to Eatontown Mall, GSP, HWY 18, and other shopping). So far, I enjoy my apartment. I can hear my upstairs neighbors, which is to be expected in an apartment. I moved into a renovated apartment. The hardwood floors are amazing. However, I have to cover 80% of the floors. Access to the front door is awkward because parking is in the back of the apartment. FIOS is available here! There is plenty of light due to the number of windows. Heat (gas) and hot water is included in the rent. We have central heat and air (we pay for the air conditioning). The apartment has gas cooking. The kitchen is huge large enough for a table and two chairs. Parking is unassigned. Mail is delivered to mailbox units, which has an outgoing mail slot.
***UPDATE*** I have moved out of my apartment in July. I never got FIOS due to Verizon's inability to connect my internet... :( Nonetheless...I must say, I enjoyed my stay in Southbrook Gardens for the second time. I could not find any other apartments to match the amenities (spacious bathroom, spacious bedroom, spacious kitchen) and price close to the Jersey Shore area! P.S There are laundry rooms on-site.
