Most of these reviews arent even reviews.

I lived here for 2 years. 2nd floor apartment. I moved in around June, on the recomendation of friends that had just left. They lived right in front of the rental office. At first things seemed good. Then trouble started.

During the month of July i had a Bug infestation of Crickets and these little bugs (dont know what they were, but they had little pinchers). I found them everywhere except outside. I called the office, they said they would look into it. im still waiting for them to call me back....

My roof started to leak the last 2 months i was there. It wasnt fixed by the time i moved out...

One of the reviews mentioned that the only nice area is right in front of the rental office. This is 110% TRUE. The further away from the office you get, the more it became a ghetto. During the summer '06 the police where in there almost eveynight. And atleast once/twice a week you had about 15-20 kids sitting out in the parking lot with cars consitantly driving thru...gee wonder what was going on there...'

I should also mention the fact that my neighbors kept hitting me up for money everytime i saw them...
I even had one guy ask me for a light...for his blunt...
The crap that goes on, it isnt safe for anyone.

About 5 months after i was in, my door hinges needed Adjustment, the door wouldnt shut correctly..took them 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to fix it.

I also had another issue with the Heating. It worked when Stonyhill Decided it was cold. Many times it was in the middle of Jan/Feb and my Apartment was 60 Degrees. When the maintance guy came to take a look, he wasnt even dressed in a uniform. He was dressed like some punk kid, pants sagging, hat on sideways and he Barely spoke english.
I didnt even want to let the him in the door, if it wasnt for the fact i was freezing.

And the reason the 1st management staff was removed from the office was becasue some of them were embezzling rental money. People would pay for rent in cash, and it would just get pocketed. Weeks later people would recieve a leter saying rent wasnt paid. They go to the office to question it, and they are told "dont worry we will handle it"

The ONE good thing i will say is that the new Rental office staff are very nice to deal with. Its a shame the Place is such a ---- hole.

I mean it when i say its close to being a ghetto.Do yourself a huge favor.. Stay away from this place.

The true facts are that Mr Power the first site manager retired in Oct of 2003 and mrs Power the office Manager resigned her position on April 12 2004 after refusing to allow illegal rent increases by the owner. This information can be verified by contacting the building dept or police dept of Eatontown, So if you dont know the truth keep your mouths shut.

They people the original poster is refering to is actually true. They were stealing money. This was around Aug 2005. And regardless of what went on in the office, the rest of the information is comfired in other reviews. The place may may really nice people in the office, but the fact remains, its an over priced dump.
