Its a shame these apartments are very large but the landlord doesnt want to spend any money to upgrade, the pool has not been opened in 2 years and the heating bills are very high due to the fact the original windows leak air and do not seal right. The maintenance men do come when you call but they do a poor job and often leave a mess and some do not speak english. The grounds are kept clean but the landscaping is bad because its done in house instead of being done by a landscaper and the parking areas need attention bad especially at the entrance , Oh well i guess i can put up with one year here. Oh and we also have a wide variety of squirrels living with us in the walls and attic but they cant stop them.
