It's pretty good

The apartments are nice. We live in a loft apartment on the fourth floor, which gives you some extra space for nearly the same price as a regular one bedroom. We also have a deck that faces the city, which is nice.
We have never had a problem with noise, but perhaps we are lucky. It is also possible that the people below us think we are noisy, but since we have no one above us, it is very quiet in our apartment.
My two biggest problems are the parking and the hallways. Even though there is more parking than would ever be needed, we are still charged $100 per spot. $1,200 a year is a bit much when we are already paying over two grand a month for rent. The second thing I hate is that they don't air condition the hallways. You would think that in a place bragging about their "luxury living" the hallways wouldn't be 95 degrees in the summer. They also do not maintain their computer lab at all, so do not count on using it on a regular basis. The internet is constantly broken. The exercise room is pretty nice, but could also use some more maintenance.
Overall, it is a good place to live, but could be made even better.
