Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Lived there for 3 years now and can't wait to move! Everything has gone down hill steadily. Charge extra for everthing, make rules they can't inforce...hallways and stairwells dirty. Apartments are noisey, you can hear your neighbors TV. Any apt not facing River Road or the Cemetary are much more expensive. The old factory is an eye sore. The office staff is horrible to deal with, never know the answer to anything, they always have to get back to you. DON'T RENT HERE, MUCH BETTER PLACES ON RIVER ROAD TO RENT.
