I wrote the other review titled STAY AWAY, and wanted to add an update. My car has been broken into FOUR times since my last entry. The car was parked in the "secure garage" but it still got broken into. According to the leasing office, they think it's a resident, or the teenage child of a resident, that's breaking into resident cars. So when they told me that, I asked them what they were going to do about it, and the response was, "we can't do anything."

How about hiring more security guards' Maybe having guards walk the grounds' Install cameras' Do SOMETHING. But, they can't, because they spent too much of their annual budget on buying flowers.

I demanded to be let out of my lease, and after a nasty argument with the apartment manager, he regretfully agreed, but only after I threathened to go to the media with the story. Don't live here - it's worse than you think.

Also, the other day I threw out a couple of old cushions and stuffed animals. I took it to the trash room, and left it on the floor of the dirty, sticky room. Guess where I found my discarded cushion and stuffed animal the very next day' THE CHILDREN'S PLAY ROOM!

Oh and I had to replace a water heater again, only 2 months after a new one was put in, because it was never installed correctly in the first place.

BY THE WAY, after arguing with the property manager, I saw him the very next night at a local luxury car dealership, buying a brand new car. Now I know where my money goes.

I could have written this horror story myself. Car broken into, same story about a tenants child and nothing being done about it. I witnessed the "high security" myself since they leave it to the tenants to patrol the grounds, keeping their own property safe. High security is in quotes because there isn't any. there are so many points of entry that can be breached let alone the sleeping guard who will let a parade of cars drive through the front "security gate." The children room is a nightmare, I never let my child in there. It's horrific and about the size of a closet. A complete after thought to the building. We have had several Property managers go through the revolving doors that is employment at the leasing office. They hold tenants in complete contempt and refuse to do anything for already signed lease holders. Their sole focus is getting new victims to sign away a year in hell. But yes, they do spend the budget on pretty flowers... For the record I do know who is being referred to about buying the new luxury car. I'd have them back in a heartbeat seeing how the new property manager handles things. But I suppose the lesser of two evils is still evil.
