I really loved the place when i first visited...nice courtyard, pool, beautiful landscaping, and nicely decorated common areas.
It was when I had lived there for awhile that I realized what a awful place this was.


1.they NEVER clean the hallway carpets. since i live in the floor that allows pets, this means urine stains all over the hallway...vacuuming is not good enough!!!

2. I had no hot water or heat in january. I called and they came 3 times and then finally they said they would replace the water heater. Everything was great until a month later when hot water and heat stopped again. I called maintenance 3 times and they came but said they didnt know what was wrong...UMMMM...so i had no heat or hot water for a WEEK until finally someone else came and fixed it.

3. My car was broken into several times. They stole my navigation, ipod, cash, brand new uggs...I reported the incidents to the management and police. I heard from a neighbor that they have had tire slashing all throughout the garage couple of months ago. Yet, they never notified the residents NOR did they do anything to make sure this never happens again. I asked them to install a security camera and all they said was it was upto the AVALON corporate office.

4. I threw out some cushions in the trash room floor. The next day, i found them inside the children's play room, along with other toys. THAT IS DISGUSTING!!!

For the money I pay to live in the "LUXURY" apartment, this was absolutely unacceptable. I broke the lease and moved out early. I would say DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY EXTERIORS..THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!
