Dont waste your money renting here.
Been in Edgewater for a few years. This place is awful.

-- Lets start with the fact that residents dont have designated parking spots. So forget about a parking spot on a Saturday when the entire world comes shopping to Edgewater.
-- The door from the parking garage to the building is always open or not locked. Why we have security cards is beyond me. I have found "strangers " who were lost in the building numerous times.
-- Elevators never work. Atleast once a week there is at least one elevator if not both that do not work.
-- The intercom system in the parking garage provides hours of entertainment for the neighborhood slugs who hang out in the parking garage on late nights during the weekend. Usually at least once a weekend you can get a prank call from the intercom system. Its a pleasure at 3:00 in the morning.
-- In the winter the hallways have no heat. So the building is freezing. Again very nice for $1800 plus a month in rent !
-- And last but certaintly not least -- the construction! Construction noise goes all day everyday including saturday. And again at least once a week it starts at the reasonable hour at 6:20 in the MORNING!!!!!

So overall -- Dont rent here !
There are beautiful aparments in Edgewater with gyms, pools, and parking. And a Managament office that calls you back !
