As the other commentors have said, there are issues here, and I would say try to find something elsewhere for a similar rent - it is not hard!

For one, yeah, the parking is AWFUL! During the holidays - especially Christmas - forget it. Park your car and never leave the apartment. There have also been break-ins and vandalism of the cars since nothing is protected, so good luck with that also.

Second thing, which I am shocked is not listed thus far, is that the walls are LITERALLY MADE OF PAPER! We had the JOY of living next to a couple with 2 infants. The children would run into the parents room - which was next to our master bedroom - screaming their heads off at 6 am on Saturdays and Sundays!!! We could hear the neighbor TURN PAGES OF A NEWSPAPER. Yes - they are that thin! If you like quiet forget living here.

Finally - it does suck paying high rents and not getting ANY amenities worth anything! The morning breakfast that they provide is at best pathetic. No gym, pool, etc. No community parties. No anything. It is just a place to live like a hotel.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
