I would not recommend moving here but I would say Edgewater is a beautiful place to live. Go to Avalon or some other community apartment. There is no useful amenities and no starbucks coffee made by you is not an amenity.
The manager and management alway's have an excuse if you pester them for one. You never know why the fire alarms go off(2am, 8pm,3am, you never know)and they never release the elevators when the firemen are done. Yes!!! you do have the elevator keys and if you dont tell them to unlock the elevators instead of making us wall up 5 floors.

Dirty trash bin locations, dirty rugs. If this place was not new I would think we live in the ghetto. There is no upkeep.

The Managers comments is just marketing strategy and she really is not someone that you can trust to fix or meet your demands.
Yes! Demands because it takes that many times for her to get back to you that its very agrivating. There is always an excuse and things never get done.
