Major problem here with dog droppings!

There are dog feces all over. In front of complex entrances, in front of retail stores, on sidewalks in front of water, and all over the parking areas. You have to be watching every little step you take around here. I don't understand why they don't put up signs to prevent it and why they don't use their security to fine the selfish/disgusting tenants! I haven't seen this amount of feces in the ghettos. Very unfortunate!
