What a rip-off! The only reason I took this apartment is due to the fact that my credit score isn't good enough to get me into somewhere better...
There are more immigrants here than Ellis Island, almost all of who work as contractors and have work vans that take up all of the parking spots.
People take shopping carts from the grocery store across the street to transfer their food, then leave the abandoned carts lying on the lawn.
It's a really dated apartment with no amenities worth talking about, no central air, no dishwasher, no nothing. Satellite dishes litter every lawn. Nothing worth seeing in terms of landscape. Nowhere for kids to play besides some old twisted metal that slightly resembles a jungle gym.
This place sucks, and anyone would be a fool to move into here...
