The views are great from this apartment building which has been built on a former industrial pier in the Hudson River. For the most part, I've been rather pleased althought I've had a couple of maintenance issues that were never properly corrected, altought they tried. The building is also next to a mega-theater and a new upscale shopping center (almost completed) which will make living here pretty convenient. Unfortuately, the building is being converted to condos making this review moot. Nonetheless, it's not a bad place to live and it's convenient to the city.
