Many glitches

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
For transients only. Everything breaks down. Security doors and gates are always breaking... Electricity blinks off at least once a month. Toilets back up. Living under a family could be a nightmare...All walls and floors are paper thin. I mean thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring and other things if that's your bent, that could be exciting.
