leasing office is a real pain to deal with......they are very unprofessional, very inefficient, and not very knowledgeable.....noise is a major problem b/c the walls, floors, and ceilings are poorly constructed.......they may provide a gym, however, 2 of the machines haven't worked for over 2 months and who knows when they'll be fixed......if you want to live in a college dorm setting, then live here. i would stay away form the river club
