The place is good, but the management is terrible. I had a problem of the intercom.
I called them to fix it. They would never do it even after I called another 3 times.
Two months after I called first time, I visited the office and told the manager to fix it. I found the people in the office had just answered they would tell the person in charge and rarely left the message. They did not even apologize. They are very rude and are not reliable at all.
I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
