THE RIVER CLUB SHOULD BE CALLED THE DUMB CLUB BECUASE YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE MINDLESS TO LIVE HERE. I COULD UNDERSTAND THE CONSTRUCTION IS POORLY MADE. I COULD EVEN UNDERSTAND ALOT OF THINGS GO WRONG IN AN APT COMPLEX. BUT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULD HIRE PEOPLE IN THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE WHO ARE HEARTLESS,BRAINLESS AND SO BARBARIC ESPECIALLY THE OLD WOMAN WHO ONLY KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN TO HERSELF SCREAM.
