We, Me and my wife, lived for 1 year.
I don??t know how American built this apartment and had no complain how the living go on. However, I have to complain that the management was so bad, getting worse, and becoming rude.
I think Jeanne was a racist, as she always asked us to do something she wanted and refused to listen what we think very reasonable to ask her. Even though I was poor at speaking English, I could not tolerate her impoliteness to foreigner. She didn??t understand who paid her salary.
That??s why many rich Japanese and Korean escaped the river club.
I really recommend to all people that leave the apartment as soon as possible if you find any impoliteness from management. It will help your mental and economical situation.
