1. Be prepared to have the super in your home when you're not around
2. Be prepared to have RUDE service when you call the leasing office
3. If you feel something is an emergency, likely they will disagree and not fix the problem right away.
4. If you need a package picked up on the weekend, i suggest you change jobs.
5. Hope you like hearing your neighbors at all hours

the only plus.....
since there's SO MANY vacancies...you can negotiate about $200 off of what they ask. Don't go for their offer...you'll be getting taken for a ride!
