Nice apartments, Bad management.

I currently live at the river club and been living here for almost a year. My advice to you if you are thinking of moving here is that you better be a handy person. You will need to fix your problems yourself because management just does not care. For a 'Luxury' apartment complex, the management lack of professionalism is amazing. It takes them months to fix things, an example of things that have not been working for the last year: Visitors gate (open 24 hrs), A/C in the fitness center, Intercom system (your visitors better have a cellular phone).
Other than that, the apartments are nice if you don't mind the thin walls.
