Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
No rent consistency - Old tenants pay high rent, while new tenants pay low rent(US$ 500 difference in some cases), for the same apartment. As a consequence, a lot old tenants have moved to other apartments within the same neighboorhood, and this trend is probably going to continue. The mangement on a general note - is bad.
