The River Club

There is a great amount of truth to both comments of April. There are robberies and vandalism. The complex is nice, NOT GATED. It is a gate at the front entrance ONLY,on more than one occassion I have had cars drive in right behind me. The entire complex is open, no gate or fences. The shopping complex is next door. You can park any in the shopping area and just walk in. In the summer, teenagers just walk in to the pool.NO GATES OR FENCES AND NO SECURITY OF ANY SORT. BUILDINGS DOORS COULD HAVE BETTER LOCKS. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN. In my building you have mothers walking the halls with their toddlers, complete with toys. Or infant strapped to their back. Maintence also known to have been theives. THE complex, like most DOES NOT HAVE AN ADDRESS, and hard to find. The River Club is located on RIVER ROAD..Lighthouse Terrace is the name of a building. Its hard for deliveries and in general. The leasing staff is NOT all that friendly. JEANNE, property manager, should be fired. All the good ones quit long ago. For the money here..go up the road to Harbour Moon,Alvalon, you get what you pay for. My lease is up in November, lazy no more, I'M LEAVING. I HEARD ABOUT THE ROBBERY AND IT WAS NOT PRETTY. Parking is ample, well-lit, located under the build OPEN NOT SECURE.
