Nice place to live

Affordable for the area. Very convenient location for all shopping needs and close to NY.

Quiet community. Fairly new construction. Nothing exceptional about the apartment, except that it is spacious. On the other hand, no glaring problems either. Same with the grounds. Plenty of room and decent maintanence. Pool and gym are OK.

One problem is the staff. Not very responsive, but have not needed them for much. Seems if there is an issue is when other residents run into problems, but we have never experienced anything major.
