I cannot begin to describe how awful this apartment complex is. The office staff is completely worthless. They do absolutely nothing. It is impossible to get repairs taken care of and it's not because of maintenance. The maintenance staff takes care of repairs as soon as they receive the work order. If you want a secure building -Do Not Live here. If you want a courteous staff - Do Not Live Here. I'd much rather spend a few extra dollars to get a better staff. The worst part is that they will lie to your face and promise that things will be taken care of immediately when they obviously know that they have no intention of doing anything.
I could not be more disapointed with my living experience at the River Club!
