I have NO complaints at all about this place. It's gorgeous, things get done when I need them, and my building is very quiet! However, I do see a trend. Many of the typically larger families, ---------, ------- and ------ all get put in a common area. Whereas the whites (typically without children) and some Koreans (not many)are put in the nicer area of the community. I do not think it is fair, however I myself have no complaints. The pool is kept clean, but anyone can come in. That is all well for me though as I like to bring my nephews over to swim and they get to play with the other children. The gym is nicer than many of the other "luxury" complexes I have lived in pastly. Parking has been a dream for me for the past 2 years, but I have heard some stories from other parking areas that are not all false. Mostly though, I think most of these bad reviews will probably be from "past" renters who had a bad experience due to the lack of professionalism that the office staff has with other races. I'm sure other current renters will agree with this.

NO, I totally disagree. The office staff has consistently shown their lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty forward tenants with all races.
