Ok here is the deal short and not so sweet.
The pro's Nice good size units and pretty clean building and the fun stops there.
Cons: When I moved in it was a fiasco, place was not cleaned as promissed and I had to store all my stuff somewhere else for a week while they corrected the issue.
Money-Now the rent was pricey and all utilities were included until the mid year when Aimco (management corp) decided to pass the water and sewer on tho the tenants plus an administration fee. Pretty bad.
I recieved a package to renew my lease, It did not say I had to give 60 day at 57 days the leasing office calls to say they need it in writing and there will be a fee assoseated with it.Typical corporate polocy, I wont renew for $XXX more a month so they will try to screw me any way they can.
Communication: I wrote several emails to Aimco about being mistreated as a customer, No replys at all.
All around I would not recomend it. The pool is small and way too crowded in the summer, the appliances are cheap and the place is insecure and they will dig you for more money any chance they get.
