This place has the worst management office I have ever found. Don't count on the manager, he doesn't care about you. He seems forget that he has his job because we pay our rent. Don't move in here. before we moved in, we checked this website and saw a lot of negative review. too bad, we didn't take it serious. don't make the same mistake like we did. The manager acted very nice before you sign your lease. then that is it. the rent is very expensive because it has a lot of hidden cost. the lease you signed is not what you paid. you pay much more, believe me. all equipment in the gym are very old but you have to pay for it. the manager promised us that he would change all the equipment in the gym before we moved in. too bad, it is another lie.
the wall is very thin. you can hear everything from your neighbor. if your neighbor likes to stay up late, you are in a serious trouble. a lot of times we couldn't sleep because our neighbor was on the phone in the middle of the night. Don't waste your money! Under today's economy crisis, we deserve better with the price we paid.

I live the River Club and it really isn't bad. Most of what I am reading is exaggerated. My family and I are content with the complex, though things are NOT perfect, we are pleased with the location. Everything is within walking distance down the quiet piere. We never drive our vehicle anymore because everything is right here. I've reccommended living here to a few friends and family members, working in Manhattan and my uncle and wife are visiting next weekend...

I agree with the post. Pool is full of kids that don't even live in the development, walls are paper thin, stairways smell horribly, gym consists of 3 treadmills and some shotty equipment, and the noise for the nearby shopping center is unbearable. I don't recommend this place at all
