The River Club

I agree with the previous posts. Management here is horrible. They not only fail to do anything about issues presented to them, they straight out lie to you. I have had a hole in my ceiling which they were supposed to come in and fix the following weekend, but 2.5 months passed and the hole is still there.
The management team here is just unprofessional and should be fired. The one guy in the leasing office shows up to work in his pajamas and jokes that "oh i live in the building." Very professional.
Complained for several years about the noise from our upstairs neighbors who constantly run around during all hours of the evening, but management did absolutely nothing after they initially sent out a warning letter. When asked why we are not renewing our lease, we mentioned this noise issue and the manager lies and says that after the second complaint, they have a lawyer send out an eviction notice. BS. We've called at least 6 times during our residency here and just gave up after that because nothing was being done.
My car was broken into, and a GPS unit was stolen but management here was downright rude and defensive about the situation.
The only people I would recommend this unit to is if I hated them that much.
I would check out the neighboring communities such as Independence Harbor for the price.
