Great Location, Wafer thin Walls, Lousy Management

Apt's are big and the porch, extra half bath sure come in handy.
Rent is all inclusive so that one chore less

What Sucks
1. Management - No Customer Service attitude
2. Security - What security. the place is wide open, no fences with a gate, you could walk around
3. WAFER THIN WALLS - I hear my upstairs neightbour walk, and the alarm clock next door sure ensure i am up at 5:00 Pm.
3. NO Garbage Disposal - The community is labelled premium and luxury, how come they missed the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal
