compare to other buildings in this area and even in Manhattan, this building is a great building, great service and great ameneties.
What make this builing even more special is the caring and the attitude of Sue Sue and the management team.
I am living in this building since they first open and it is getting better each year.
Just like with any building problems come up but the question is how you solve them...and with Sue Sue caring and attitude they are solved fast and with a smile.
I lived in a few rental buildings in Manhattan and never had such experience with the building management.
I will recomand this building to anyone and just because one ex tenant had no class, does not mean that what they wrote it truth....and I am sure they know it.
