I lived in the St. Moritz for a year which was 11 1/2 months too long. The building and views are spectacular but the management staff is HORRIBLE RUDE INCONSIDERATE...etc! From the moment after you sign your lease they act like you are beneath them, which I find amazing considering the amount of rent everyone pays per month. If don't care about having positive interactions with management team, then feel free to live here. Otherwise, I would suggest living in a Camden own property. My experience with Camden management has been nothing short of extraordinary!

I've lived in the St. Moritz for more than 2 years and do not agree with anything you've indicated above, except your statement that it is spectacular. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone from the doormen to the building management since the day I walked in and inquired about renting. Where else can you rent from a family owned business and feel like you're part of their extended family, instead of a cog in a corporate wheel? Readers - do not heed the previous bad review, its nothing but what I'm guessing is an underhanded advertisement for another building. Take it from me, an actual resident of the St. Moritz!
